The lifting electromagnet is a unique type that utilizes the attracted object as a connection point. It serves as a crucial lifting implement for transporting magnetic substances like steel across numerous industries.
Over the years, through continuous promotion and application of lifting electromagnets, Luci Magnet has developed two main series:
1. Scrap steel series lifting electromagnets, applicable in scenarios such as excavator, forklift, overhead crane, gantry crane, loader operations, and salvage work.
2. Combined lifting series, designed for handling various materials including billets, beam blanks, slabs, high-speed wire rods/coiled round steel (special types), bundled rebars, section steel, tube blanks and steel pipes, heavy rails and section steel, steel plates, vertical and horizontal steel coil rolls, thick plates (with special electromagnets), and for flipping and side lifting operations.

Product selling point:The high-temperature type electromagnet adopts a unique heat insulation method, increasing the temperature of the object to be attracted from 600°C to 700°C, expanding the application range. The rated continuous energization rate of the ordinary type electromagnet has been increased from 50% to 60%, improving the utilization efficiency.
It has a fully enclosed structure with good moisture-proof performance. The protective plate is made of rolled manganese plate, which has strong weldability, good magnetic isolation performance, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
Quartz mica filler enables the Joule heat generated by the coil to be quickly transferred to the outer shell, protecting the coil from moisture. The excitation coil is treated by a special process, improving the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The thermal grade of the insulating material reaches Class C, and it has a long service life.
