After the power supply of the frame demagnetizer is switched on, the power indicator light turns on. Place the workpiece into the frame opening first, shift the working mode switch to the manual position, and the demagnetization process starts with the demagnetization indicator lit. After about 5 seconds, slowly move the workpiece out of the frame opening, then shift the switch back to stop or automatic position. After a 6-second delay, the demagnetizer stops automatically and its indicator goes out. The workpiece must be moved out of the frame opening before the demagnetizer stops working, and horizontally transported to a place 1.5 meters away from the demagnetizer. This operation enables a gradually weakening alternating demagnetizing field to form inside the workpiece. When the working mode switch is at the manual position, continuous power-on operation is available.
