The electric permanent magnetic lifters for medium and thick steel plates are specifically designed for lifting medium and thick plates as well as wide and thick plates. Considering that the lifting of long steel plates may cause bending and deformation and thus affect the safe lifting, we usually use multiple units for combined lifting when handling such steel plates. Based on the specification range (length, width, thickness) of the steel plates and the lifting capacity of the crane, we will select electric permanent magnets for lifting with different specifications.
Electric permanent magnetic chucks only use electric energy within 0.6 - 3 seconds when clamping or releasing workpieces. In the clamped state, they rely on permanent magnetic force to adsorb workpieces, and the magnetic chucks are in a completely unpowered operation state, avoiding the danger of workpiece movement and falling off in case of sudden power failure or damage to the connecting cable. Compared with ordinary electromagnetic chucks, electric permanent magnetic chucks can save more than 95% of energy, and the operating cost is almost zero.
Electric permanent magnetic chucks can generate a powerful suction as high as 16kg/cm², which will not decay with the extension of time. The magnetic lines of force are evenly distributed within the entire contact area between the molds and the chucks. The depth of the magnetic action is within 16mm. The magnetic lines of force will not penetrate the surface of the workpiece to be processed, will not magnetize the cutting tools and the main shaft of the machine tool, and will not affect the processing accuracy and chip removal.
Used in combination with magnetic conducting blocks, the cutting tools can move freely during processing. Five-sided processing, drilling, tapping, milling and cleaning grooves, and forming processing can be completed at one time, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing the repeated positioning tolerance to meet the accuracy requirements.
All contact points between workpieces and electric permanent magnetic chucks or magnetic conducting blocks are support points and clamping points, making the clamping more stable, with better rigidity and better anti-vibration performance, suitable for high-speed cutting. The service life of cutting tools can be extended by more than 30%. Under the action of automatically leveling magnetic conducting blocks, internal stress and clamping deformation will not be generated in workpieces. After processing is completed, workpieces will not rebound and deform. Multi-sided processing does not require repeated clamping, and the accuracy is higher.
