The magnetic circuit of RCDE series oil-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron separator is designed by computer simulation, featuring large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force. It adopts a fully sealed structure, and the coil is wound in a special way. With oil circulation cooling, it achieves low temperature rise, long service life, dustproof, rainproof and corrosion-resistant performance, enabling trouble-free continuous operation in harsh environments. The coil has insulation class F or above, and new heat-conducting insulating oil is adopted. The iron separator is equipped with corrugated heat sinks to expand heat dissipation area and effectively control temperature rise.

RCDF series oil-cooled self-discharging electromagnetic iron separator adds an automatic iron discharging mechanism on the basis of RCDE series oil-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron separator. During operation, the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the separator will be automatically thrown away by the automatic iron discharging mechanism. It boasts strong magnetic force, dust resistance, fast heat dissipation, low temperature rise, continuous working capability, simple maintenance and low maintenance cost. The oil-cooled self-discharging electromagnetic iron separator delivers better iron removal effect and stronger suction force, suitable for operation in various special or harsh environments.
