Nowadays, a large number of ferromagnetic workpieces are produced in the machining industry. However, various common problems inevitably occur during machining and need to be resolved. What should we do when demagnetizers malfunction?

Here are several common faults of demagnetizers during operation:
The charging indicator light of the demagnetizer is on normally, but the voltmeter always shows 0V.Solution: Check whether the high-power resistance wires inside the cabinet are broken; the four resistors are 20 ohms each.
The charging indicator stays on continuously and the voltage fails to rise.Solution: Troubleshoot the power supply voltage in a timely manner.
The demagnetizer fails to discharge abnormally.Solution: This is usually caused by poor contact of the discharge switch of the demagnetizer; adjust the discharge resistance to a smaller value.
Demagnetizers are widely required in machining. We hope all customers who purchase demagnetizers can give us feedback on faults and share better solutions for demagnetizer operation.
