For wiring installation of the frame demagnetizer: connect the three outgoing power cables of the demagnetizer to two live wires and one neutral wire of 380V AC. An external travel switch can be installed to realize automatic operation on production lines instead of manual control. An axial flow fan is mounted on the top of the demagnetizer to support continuous long-hour operation for special working conditions.

Manual demagnetization procedure: After power-on, the power indicator lights up. Place the workpiece inside the frame opening and toggle the mode switch to the manual position. Demagnetization starts and the demagnetization indicator turns on. Keep the workpiece in position for around 5 seconds, then slowly pull it out of the frame. Switch the mode back to stop or automatic position. The demagnetizer will shut down automatically after a 6-second delay and its indicator goes out. The workpiece must be taken out before the unit stops and moved horizontally to a spot 1.5 meters away from the demagnetizer. This generates a gradually decaying alternating demagnetizing field inside the workpiece. Continuous energized operation is allowed when the mode switch remains in the manual position.
