Electro-permanent magnetic lifting devices feature unique operating characteristics. Firstly, they enable fast lifting and releasing, greatly improving work efficiency. Secondly, their magnetic force can be precisely controlled to suit the lifting of objects with different weights and shapes. Thirdly, the magnetic force is durable and stable, and barely affected by external environmental factors.

Safety is of paramount importance during lifting operations. The rated lifting capacity of the lifter must exceed the weight of the load, and overloading is strictly prohibited. Before lifting, carefully check all functions of the lifter, including magnetic performance and mechanical structure. Keep the lifting movement steady and avoid sudden starts, stops and violent swinging. Meanwhile, operators must receive professional training and be familiar with the operation and safety regulations of the lifter.

Multiple factors need to be taken into account when selecting a suitable electro-permanent magnetic lifting device. First, the weight, shape and size of the load determine the specification and model of the lifter. Second, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity shall be considered to select a lifter with an appropriate protection grade. Lifting frequency and working intensity also matter for choosing durable and reliable equipment. Besides, brand and after-sales service are key considerations. Reputable brands generally provide better quality and comprehensive after-sales support.
